Torus Insurance Licenses ProducerOne Producer Management System
Torus Insurance (London) has signed a contract to license OutLine Systems' (OSI,) ProducerOne, which the vendor describes as a comprehensive producer management system that addresses the needs of insurance carriers by improving transparency and enhancing agency-carrier relationships and establishing true ease of doing business, to enable an efficient and flexible producer on-boarding process.
"Having completed the construction and implementation of ESCAPE, a broker portal for low touch/no touch policy submissions, streamlining our producer on-boarding process was a natural next step as we add admitted business to the site," said Justin Manley, Torus CTO in North America. "OSI's ProducerOne led the pack during our selection process."
Torus selected ProducerOne because of OSI's deep experience in the property and casualty (P&C) industry, combined with the intuitive quality of ProducerOne, which will enable business users to easily learn the new processes, according to a vendor statement.
By automating the producer licensing and compliance management processes, Torus is taking a major step in achieving straight-through-processing (STP) increasing ease-of-doing-business, the OutLine Systems statement says.
