"John Albano has played a critical role in the success of this organization over the past 38 years," MacLean adds. "While John has decided to take on a part time role at Travelers, I am pleased that the company will continue to benefit from his significant experience, talent and leadership. Specifically, the Regional President organization will continue to report to John. In addition, John has agreed to serve in an advisory capacity to the leadership of our International business helping us to leverage Travelers' U.S. product capabilities and the related opportunities for our International business."
Jay S. Fishman, Travelers chairman and CEO, comments, "I would like to personally thank John for the tremendous contribution he has made to this company.
