1. The Social Enterprise Goes Mainstream

A lot of focus is on public social networks, but the real gold is on private social networks. Internally we're now deploying at the enterprise level a fully social platform within the organization. We had this cloud of babble -- all these relatively cheap tools like wikis that allowed us to create places to stick stuff with no rhyme or reason. This is really where we can start to reconcile the messy internal architectures we have around innovation.
