GEICO has selected Michelle Trindade as VP of its competitive advantage leadership group. She will hold responsibility for business process reviews and implementing operations that improve quality and efficiency.
Trindade most recently served as assistant VP of underwriting in the insurer’s Fredericksburg, VA office. After joining GEICO’s sales division in 1997, she held increasing levels of responsibility in various sales and service positions before being transferred to the competitive advantage group. There, she proved her commitment to innovation by championing a project to improve GEICO’s sales process.
Gary McKenzie will succeed Trindade as assistant VP of underwriting in Fredericksburg. He formerly served as the assistant VP of GEICO’s Indianapolis office.
