FlexBen Corp. (Troy, MI) has expanded its partnership agreement with Evolution Benefits (Avon, CT) to extend its FlexBen's Benny Card service to employee benefit programs.

FILENET/ILOG DEAL

FileNet Corp. (Costa Mesa, CA) and ILOG (Mountain View, CA) have integrated ILOG's Jrules and FileNet's BPM suite to boost agility by supporting process change through business rules management.

IBM/ATG AGREEMENT

ATG (Art Technology Group, Cambridge, MA) will enhance its products to pre-integrate with Armonk, NY-based IBM's WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Studio development tools and WebSphere MQ integration software.

SKYWIRE BUYS NEON IT

Skywire Software (Frisco, TX) acquired iWave Integrator, a secure, real-time communication application that operates between the components of a customer's IT management system, from NEON Systems, Inc. (Sugar Land, TX).

SUNGARD ALLIANCE

Atlanta-based SunGard Insurance Systems has formed an alliance with Portfolio Dynamics (Chicago) to migrate customers of Portfolio Dynamics' Capital Investment System (CIS) to SunGard's Enterprise Portfolio Systems. Portfolio Dynamics will no longer support CIS after Q3 of 2003.
