USADATA (New York), an e-direct marketing solutions provider, has partnered with TransUnion (Chicago), an information solutions company, to offer an insurance automated direct-mail solution for agents that reduces carriers' underwriting costs.

S1/NCR AGREEMENT

NCR (Dayton, OH) will resell S1 Corp.'s (Atlanta) suite of consumer and small business e-finance applications to financial institutions.

SPECTRA PARTNERS

AnnuityNet (Leesburg, VA) and Spectra Securities Software (Toronto) will provide order management processing capabilities to insurers, banks and brokerages.

ONESHIELD/COGNOS

Woburn, MA-based OneShield will resell Cognos' (Ottawa) Powerplay and Impromptu business intelligence solutions as add-on components of the OneShield Dragon product suite, an Internet-based application that acts as a hub between carrier and agents.

INSUREZONE ALIGNS

InsureZone (Fort Worth) has selected InfoSphere (Fort Worth) to provide key support on projects involving end-to-end integration of InsureZone's MarketSecure platform with insurance carriers' legacy systems.

BISYS GETS LBC

New York-based BISYS, an insurance and financial services outsourcing provider, has acquired Life Brokerage Corp., a Florida-based insurance brokerage firm specializing in the estate liquidity insurance marketplace.
