AMACIS: CUSTOMER INTERACTION

Amacis' (Belfast, Ireland) Visibility Suite, running on Sun Microsystems' Solaris operating environment, uses text analysis to rapidly categorize inbound Web, e-mail, chat and mobile phone messages and forward the messages to the appropriate agent to handle inquiries in multiplelanguages.
