Policy Decisions will enable the specialty insurer to improve operations while reducing costs, streamline underwriting processing, automate manual processes and improve communications throughout its distribution channels. The software was chosen in large part due to Insurity’s history in providing and implementing solutions for American Modern’s specialty lines, the companies said in a statement. It will launch later this year.
“Insurity has a strong reputation in the insurance industry, especially when it comes to the complexity of specialty lines and dealing with bureau content,” said Bill Gottsacker, VP of application development at American Modern, in a statement. “The depth of functionality and flexibility offered with Policy Decisions are an ideal fit for our unique needs.”
