American National Selects Wolters Kluwer for GRC
American National Insurance Company has chosen to implement the ARC Logics solution from Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Specifically, it will utilize the regulatory change management, enterprise-wide risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance functions in an effort to improve governance, risk and compliance management.
ARC Logics is designed to increase transparency, control and efficiency in financial organizations through management of compliance, operational and enterprise risk in addition to the audit function. Its modular, suite-based structure provides a higher level of flexibility and scalability that businesses require as they expand and implement more complex operations.
“American National reviewed nearly a dozen GRC providers over the course of almost two years before limiting the field for a more thorough evaluation, after which time we ultimately chose Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and its ARC Logics solution,” says John Norton, VP of enterprise risk management for the insurer, in a statement. “We wanted to ensure the provider we chose had the right mix of solutions, services and expertise to help meet our diverse risk management needs now and into the future as our organization continues to grow and evolve.”
