Aon Affinity Plans to Acquire National Flood Services
Aon U.S. Holdings, a subsidiary of Aon Risk Solutions division Aon Affinity, today announced definitive plans to acquire StoneRiver National Flood Services, Inc., and related entities from StoneRiver Group, L.P.
National Flood Services is the largest U.S. vendor in flood insurance processing and technology. It has more than 30 years of experience in supporting clients through policy administration, customer service, claims processing and agency support. Aon Affinity, a provider of insurance and benefits solutions for large organizations, says it plans to strengthen its commitment to the affinity marketplace and better serve a larger client base with this acquisition.
"The acquisition of National Flood Services will allow Aon Affinity to meet the growing client demand for enhanced flood insurance solutions and expertise in the U.S.," said Bill Vit, president and CEO of Aon Affinity, in a statement. "By combining Aon Affinity's extensive knowledge of insurance solutions and affinity program management capabilities with National Flood Services' industry-leading flood risk assessment technology for commercial and residential markets, Aon Affinity is expected to continue to expand its flood solutions to a larger client base within this growing sector."
