Arch MI Enhances Rate Quote App

Arch Mortgage Insurance Company (Arch MI) has announced the launch of its improved online rate quote application. Through the “Save and Share” tool, users can save their mortgage insurance (MI) rate quotes and share them with others.

The application allows loan officers to assign a reference number for each rate quote so that prior quotes can be easily retrieved and ordered. On the rate quote results page, the officer can share the information with multiple colleagues by entering their email addresses. Arch MI also streamlined its application by decreasing the amount of required input fields to four, which helps loan officers deliver information to loan processors.

“Our ‘Save and Share’ feature improves productivity for our customers by making it easy for an underwriter to convert a rate quote to an application,” says David Gansberg, CEO of Arch MI, in a statement. “By including your master policy number with a rate quote request, the results are available in an underwriter’s Rate Quote Pipeline.”
