Armed Forces Insurance Promotes IT Director to VP, CIO
Armed Forces Insurance (AFI) has announced the promotion of Kevin Lund from director of IT Operations to VP and CIO. He was preceded in the job by Drew Mazeitis, who left the role last year..
In his new role at AFI, Lund will assume responsibility for all functions related to IT and facilities including infrastructure, business intelligence, development, quality assurance, operations, telecommunications, grounds and facility support.

Lund joined AFI as manager of Information Technology Operations in 2006 and was promoted to director in 2010. He previously held managerial positions for End User Services and Change Management within Sprint, where he led IT growth then oversaw and scheduled infrastructure-related changes.
