CGI Gets New Ops Leader from Mphasis

CGI has announced the appointment of William “Billy” McCarter as leader of overall strategy, sales, product development and operations for its U.S. Insurance Solutions Group (ISG).

Prior to joining CGI, McCarter held senior roles at insurance carriers and supplier companies. He previously served as VP of Insurance Solutions at Mphasis, global delivery executive for North America at MajescoMastek, general manager for the RightRisk solution at Insurity, and COO for ePolicy Solutions. Before he transitioned to the supplier sector, McCarter was CIO at Allianz North America, where he focused on developing a business and technology roadmap to foster company growth.
