Marilyn Norman, senior vice president, distribution management, at Zurich US, has been named ACORD (Pearl River, NY) chair, and Dave Findley, senior vice president, Travelers Insurance, has been named chair elect for 2003.

ICICI OneSource (Chicago) has named Raja Gopalakrishnan as vice president, insurance and retail banking. He will be responsible for business process outsourcing to clients.

Cincinnati-based Great American Insurance Co. has promoted Vito C. Peraino to senior vice president, responsible for overall claims strategy and oversight of the carrier's specialty commercial operations.
