The web-based app is designed to improve insight into agency performance and provide insurance field marketers and territory managers with the metrics, guidance and support tools they need to collaborate with producer channels and build market share. MyAgents utilizes internal and third-party data sources to turn subjective information into objective, actionable data. With real-time information and alerts, insurers and agents will be better prepared for visits and know they are working with the same data pool.
Regional insurer Utica First Insurance Company recently chose to implement the app.
