Cover-All Technologies Names Manish Shah President and Chief Technology Officer

Cover-All Technologies Inc. (Fairfield, N.J.), a provider of business solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry, has named Manish Shah president and chief technology officer.

Shah, who formerly was the company's executive vice president and chief technology officer, has also been elected as a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Shah assumes the president position from John Roblin, who retains the positions of chief executive officer and chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
