Palisades Launches New Web Site with Increased Functionality

Palisades Safety and Insurance Management Corporation, a Berkeley Heights, N.J.-based Independent agent auto insurer, has rolled out a new Web site, Palisades.com, to provide consumers with information when searching for auto insurance in New Jersey.

The features of Palisades.com include click-to-chat and click-to-call functions that provide consumers with the ability to get immediate answers to questions, an online bill payment option, and a rate ticker displaying savings customers could receive by switching to Palisades. Cosnumers can also use the site to find independent insurance agents in their community.

The carrier has also added functionality that allows existing customers to manage their auto policy online. Customers can make their car insurance payments online, view payment history and installment schedules, and print policy documents like insurance coverages and invoices.

"We want customers to feel Palisades.com is their site. We achieved this by providing policyholders with more options to manage and view their car insurance policy," said Ed Fernandez, president and CEO of Palisades.
