LEON BILLIS has been promoted from executive vice president and CIO for AXA Client Solutions to deputy chief information officer of New York-based AXA GROUP. Billis will be succeeded by WILLIAM LEVINE, who joins AXA CLIENT SOLUTIONS from Paine Webber.

MICHAEL GANTT has been named president and chief operating officer of the FISERV INSURANCE SOLUTIONS GROUP (Brookfield, WI). Gantt, who was executive vice president and COO, replaces the retiring HOWARD ARNER.

In conjunction with the restructuring of its North American commercial property and casualty businesses, CONSTANTINE IORDANOU, formerly CEO of Zurich US, has been named CEO of ZURICH NORTH AMERICA.
