Health Republic Insurance of New York, a non-profit health insurer that is New York State's only Consumer Operated and Oriented Plan (CO-OP), has named Nick Liguori as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Liguori joins Health Republic Insurance of NY after 15 years of experience implementing and managing strategic and operational programs at various healthcare and insurance companies including Health Plus and Amerigroup. Prior to this appointment, he worked as VP of business development at Elderplan.

As COO, Liguori will use his experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and developing and implementing federal/state policies and programs.
