Farmers Group Inc. (Los Angeles) has implemented Insurity's (Hartford) policy processing solution, Policy Decisions for Personal Lines, to power its online quote service, Farmers FastQuote.

Insurity's Policy Decisions for Personal Lines is designed to help insurers manage the entire policy lifecycle from application intake to rating and underwriting, from policy issuance to renewal.

Farmers FastQuote captures key quote information that is routed seamlessly into Farmers backend systems and delivered to either the customer's current agent, or the Farmers agent nearest the prospect, for subsequent follow-up, according to an Insurity source. Insurance agents receive leads instantly allowing them to contact customers in real time.
