Chief Customer Officer Joins Prudential Team
Prudential Financial has announced the appointment of Naveen Agarwal to the position of VP and chief customer officer. In this newly created role, Agarwal will be responsible for improving Prudential’s customer experience strategy across its US businesses.
When he joins Prudential in December, Agarwal will begin to lead the development of a broad customer experience strategy designed to provide consistently meaningful engagement. His responsibilities will also include developing and launching the digital strategy across US businesses. Agarwal will report to Stephen Pelletier, Prudential’s EVP and COO.
“Naveen’s deep experience in sales, marketing and technology will be invaluable as we work toward creating a transformational customer-focused engagement model at Prudential,” said Pelletier in a statement. “His addition reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.”
Agarwal comes to Prudential from Pricelock, an online provider of fuel price protection for businesses, where was CEO. He previously served as president of E*TRADE Capital Management, where he oversaw the growth of its customer base.
