Morris Leads Technology Initiatives at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans
Holly Morris, SVP and CIO for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, continues to demonstrate the innovation that earned her Elite 8 honors in 2007. "We are working on a number of large initiatives, including a new field compensation system and a new CRM system for our sales force," Morris reports. "We are also in year two of a seven-year program to replace all of our legacy insurance systems with one flexible platform; we have a number of projects aimed at meeting new compliance requirements; and we are continuously upgrading our Web and self-service capabilities."
