Merrill Lynch Life Insurance (Jacksonville, Fla.) signed a deal with admin solutions provider Liberty Insurance Services (Greenville, S.C.) for the administration of an in-force block of variable and traditional life insurance policies.

HIGHMARK TAPS CMSI

Highmark (Camp Hill, Pa.) selected Contract Management Solutions (Orlando, Fla.) to provide enterprise contract management solutions to improve its healthcare provider contracting and corporate procurement operations.

CYBERSETTLE/CNA

CNA (Chicago) selected Cybersettle (White Plains, N.Y.) as its online settlement partner to assist with the resolution of commercial insurance claims.

ALLENBROOK/PHOENIX

Church Insurance (New York) licensed the Phoenix solution from Allenbrook (Brunswick, Maine) to provide an integrated policy processing and admin system, including rate/quote and issuance, claims, billing, document and workflow management.

SOLCORP WIN

Toronto-based SOLCORP won a multi-year contract comprising software, services and maintenance with Fatum Life, a Curacao-based member of the Guardian Holdings Group. The contract includes licensing of the vendor's INGENIUM policy admin system.
