ALLSTATE INSURANCE CO. (Northbrook, IL) purchased XCHANGE INC.'s (Boston) software suite for customer relationship management.

Newton, MA-based INSURANCE.COM will use Menlo Park, CA-based BROADBASE SOFTWARE INC.'s E-Commerce to capture and evaluate behavioral and transactional data from site visitors from multiple sources and convert it into a single data warehouse.

Long Grove, IL-based KEMPER INSURANCE CO. has signed a contract with PREMIUMWARE, INC., (Dallas), a provider of audit products and services, to become a licensee of PremiumWare premium enterprise software.

Nashville, TN-based WEALTHPORT INC. has commissioned Stamford, CT-based TILLINGHAST-TOWERS PERRIN to evaluate Wealthport's business strategy and solution driven process for the financial services industry.
