EPolicy Adds Expertise

Torrance, Calif.-based ePolicy Solutions entered into a marketing agreement with TM Floyd & Co. (Columbia, S.C.), a provider of information technology and consulting services to healthcare and P&C industries. EPolicy aims to leverage the expertise of TM Floyd's IT consultants to provide services for customers of ePolicy's RightRisk product.

RightRisk is an open policy administration system that integrates with existing carrier systems and third-party solutions. Built on the scalable J2EE platform, it is designed to provide a single, fully functional policy administration system for carriers and their distribution channels.

The companies also will collaborate on planning, project management, configuration and deployment activities, allowing ePolicy to be "highly scalable in availability of skills and flexibility of resources," said Susan Gomez, VP, professional services, ePolicy, in a press release.
