Mount Arlington, NJ-based AGO Insurance Software, Inc., announced that it entered into an agreement with the New York State Superintendent of Insurance, as liquidator of American Agents Insurance Company (Melville, NY), to provide software for the liquidation process.

INVIVA USES PAYOUTS

New York-based Inviva has selected Systems Engineering Group's (Glastonbury, CT) PAYOUTS to process its current and future fixed and variable immediate annuities, deferred annuities in payout phase and structured settlements.

OneBeacon Insurance Group (Boston) has deployed Mountain View, CA-based ActivePhoto's Express workflow solution for its catastrophe claim operations.

ARGOS/GENELCO

Mexico City-based insurer Seguros Argos has licensed Genelco (St. Louis) Life+ and Genelco Ledger+ to administer its initial portfolio of insurance products.

COVER-ALL SIGNS AITE

Cover-All Technologies (Fairlawn, NJ) signed a multi-year agreement with existing client American International Technology Enterprises (Livingston, NJ) to provide policy rating and issuance support to Lexington Insurance Company (Boston).

LLOYDS IMANAGE DEAL

Lloyd's of London's members' services unit (MSU) will implement Foster City, CA-based iManage, Inc.'s iManage WorkSite to e-enable MSU's back-office functions.
