NTA Life to Implement EXL Policy Administration Platform

The National Teachers Associates Life Insurance Company (NTA Life) has agreed to adopt EXL’s policy administration platform, EXL LifePRO.

NTA Life provides supplemental health and life insurance to public service employees and others that require financial protection. It will use this new platform for agent and commission management, new business, policy administration, claims processing, billing and collection, reinsurance, and client management.

EXL, a business process solutions company, provides industry-specific process management, analytics, and technology services to insurers. Its LifePRO tool facilitates policy administration for life, health, and annuity products.
