Southern Trust Replaces Legacy System with Accenture

Southern Trust has successfully implemented Accenture Duck Creek Policy and Accenture Duck Creek Billing software. The two solutions replace its legacy system and allow the regional insurer, which covers Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina, to focus on its core commercial lines business and prepare for future growth.

The Duck Creek solutions include a suite of P&C software to configure products, conduct business transactions and process claims. Southern Trust’s selections will improve customer service and sales opportunities with real-time policy and billing data.

Southern Trust also has access to Accenture Duck Creek Commercial Lines Templates, a pre-configured product deployment solution for commercial lines based on the Insurance Services Office (ISO) and workers’ compensation products based on the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI).
