Bath, Maine - Diagram Systems has developed DPS, the Diagram Printing System, an XML Web service that supports ACORD XML standards, connects to multiple systems simultaneously and provides a drag-and-drop interface that allows business users to build, maintain and deploy policy print plans. DPS provides a single printing engine for all company systems and allows the transfer of responsibility for maintaining print plans to business users, according to Diagram Systems.

State College, Pa. - Optical Image Technology released a new version of its DocFinity IntraVIEWER that includes a redesigned viewer, which is written in Java and is capable of viewing most files, according to the vendor. The viewer streams files directly from the Web server without storing information on the user's computer, aiding in HIPAA compliance. It also offers full-text searching options for text files and features that allow the user to add footnotes, annotate text, highlight and block text, and print.
Data Monitoring
San Francisco -Vontu unveiled Vontu 4.0, which monitors network exit points and now includes the option to stop Internet communications containing confidential data from leaving corporate networks. Vontu 4.0 enforces security and privacy policies and prevents loss of confidential data caused by employee actions and automated business processes, Vontu says.

Waltham, Mass. - Watchfire introduced Watchfire WebXM 4.0, an online risk management platform that provides comprehensive management of online security, privacy, accessibility, quality and regulatory compliance issues, according to Watchfire. The release features new Web application security testing and reporting capabilities and an Issue Management Engine designed to help enterprises implement and maintain Web compliance. The solution scans enterprise Web sites and reports on security weaknesses.
Enterprise Telephony
San Antonio - SecureLogix Corp. announced the availability of version 5.0 of its ETM (Enterprise Telephony Management) System, which features new VoIP capabilities, including an application firewall and QoS/performance monitoring tools to help telecom managers address the security threats and management challenges associated with VoIP. Support for packet-based voice services is now fully integrated with the ETM System's existing TDM capabilities, the vendor says.

Dallas - Docucorp International introduced its cooperative processing solution for the insurance and financial services markets. Cooperative processing enables companies to license Docucorp's software to support in-house implementation of data acquisition, form design and personalization, and then tap Docucorp's business process outsourcing services for back-end production, distribution and archiving, the vendor says.

Draper, Utah - Senforce Technologies launched Senforce Endpoint Security Suite 3.0, a solution for networked and stand-alone endpoint systems. The suite is based on an integrated software solutions design that allows customers to utilize the security components that best meet their respective needs. A new graphical user interface allows administrators to configure and monitor the suite, then create, manage and enforce security policies.

NetReflector assesses the satisfaction and loyalty of customer audiences in real time, the vendor notes.
