2014 Roundup: This Year in Mobile Apps

In an effort to accommodate an audience beyond its policyholders, UnitedHealthcare debuted its Health4Me mobile app for all consumers in February of this year. The tool is designed to help people better manage their healthcare by storing medical card information and allowing them to locate and save providers, contact nurses with medical questions, and view spending information for each account. The app is currently available in iOS with an anticipated Android release in spring 2015.
